How Do I Place An Order?
To order fabric simply click the 'Add to Cart' button, you then be able to adjust the amount in your cart. The price will then be calculated according to the length you require.
All fabric is priced by the 1/4 metre so a quantity of 1 equals 1/4 metre (25cm) or 10".
The minimum cut is 0.25cm we will cut it as WOF cut by default 25cm x 110cm (10" x 44") or if you wish a fat quarter, please type in the comments section 'FQ cut' on your order at the checkout. All other quantities will be cut in one continuous piece.
The width of fabric ranges from 110cm to 250cm in width. Each individual product will state the width.
What is a fat quarter?
A regular quarter of a metre is 25cm(10") wide and 110cm(44") long. A "fat" quarter is the same amount fabric cut "fat". Fat quarters are cut from 1/2metre (20") of fabric and the length cut in two. So a "fat" quarter is 50cm(20") wide and 55cm(22") long.
In the US
A regular quarter yard of fabric is 9" wide and 44" long. A "fat" quarter is 45cm(18") wide and 55cm(22") long.
It's a little more versatile and the perfect size for those little bits you need for quilting projects.
What is a fat eighth ?
Similar to a fat quarter, a fat eighth is a small piece of fabric measuring 25cm(10") x 55cm(22"). Used in quilting projects, it is also a good way to sample fabric collections and acquire the fabric you need to build a palette of quilting fabrics.
I'd like to purchase something, but it's out of stock. Can I request more?
You sure can! If enough people are interested, and it's available for reorder, I'd love to restock it for you. Contact me about it!
What fabric can be reordered?
Some manufacturers will only print a single run of an entire collection. If the prints sell out quickly, I can check back and see if they have any more available. If the print is older, it's less likely that I'll be able to get more for you. Some prints, like Solids, are continuously
being reprinted. If you're not sure, ask
I'd like to purchase a bundle, but it's out of stock. Can you cut more of them?
If I have all of the included fabrics, I can. If I have most of the included fabrics, I can make a few substitutions. Sometimes, however, I'm missing so much of the bundle that rebuilding it would be more like creating an entirely different bundle. But, as always, request it and I'll do what I can!
My precuts are not all the same size. What can I do?
Precuts can vary in size depending on the brand. It happens most often when precuts have pinked edges. Some precuts are measured from pinked edge to pinked edge while others do not include the pinked edges. Before you begin sewing, measure your precut blocks and trim if necessary to make sure they are all the same size. No matter what size the precut happens to be, if the pieces are all uniform, you'll have success. It's a good idea to follow the same measurement when you are sewing as well. Using a 1/4" foot on your machine will keep your seam allowance consistent and your block will turn out.
I want to add to my order after I've submitted it. What can I do?
Most of the time I ship things out too quickly to make adjustments. If you have a special situation or something I should be aware of, I will do my best to help you. Just call or email me and let me know how I can help and I'll do my best.
I don't have my order yet. What can I do?
If you are wondering about your order at any time, feel free to send an email, I am here to help. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
If the order has shipped, there isn't much more I can do. Follow along with the tracking information. What you see is what I see. Normally, packages are shipped out within 2 business days. Sometimes the package gets held up between me and delivery. It will get to you eventually, but it might take a few days so please be patient with me while we all wait for it to get a move on.
If your order is paid or fulfilled and it's been a few days with no word from me, drop me a note and I will be happy to explain. Sometimes a product is in shipment to me and I'll hold your order for a day or two so I can ship everything together. Sometimes I'm playing hide and seek with your yardage and it took an extra day or so to find it. If you're worried, email or call me!
How will you ship my order?
I ship all my packages using Australia Post. Shipping is available Australia Wide and Internationally.
Pricing is in Australian dollars and the currency conversion for international orders is calculated once you proceed to PayPal. You can review the conversion before you have to confirm the order.
Please note that the rates below do not include any insurance. In the case of a lost or damaged letter or parcel by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible.
Please contact us if you would like insurance to be added to your order.
- $1.50 per $100 of your item's value (or part thereof); and
- You must add $2.95 for Signature on Delivery if your item is valued above $300.
All orders are packed in plastic satchels. We try and keep the postage costs as low as possible by utilising Australia Post priority letter rates and only charging postage costs set by Australia Post. Free Postage on Australian Domestic orders over $150AU

Express postage is only guaranteed overnight by Australia Post within their express post network.

Please note: Letter rates do not have any tracking available and can be up to 4 days slower than Parcel Post.
For all other items the postage is determined by the weight of each product.
Simply add products to your cart and the system will calculate a postage cost before you need to process payment.
Yes I ship internationally, just add products to your cart and select your country. The cart will calculate the postage to your country.
All orders over $200AU are shipped at a flat rate of $55.00AU.
I received a shipping confirmation, but did not receive my order. What happens now?
If a package is suspected to be lost, contact me and I can put in a ticket with Australia Post. Many times a package is found at a sorting centre and can be sent along it's way. Sometimes, however, packages do get lost. In the event that a package is confirmed as lost by Australia Post, I will help you process the insurance claim if you have purchased insurance to get a merchandise refund from Australia Post. You must purchase insurance as an extra to the shipping fee. Packages do not come with insurance, only tracking and so lost packages will not be refunded unless you have purchased insurance.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
In some cases, yes I do! All orders shipped within Australia with a value over $100.00AU qualify for Free Shipping! For our NZ, US, Canadian customers, orders with a value over $200.00AU have a Flat Shipping cost of $40.00AU. Other international orders over $200AU have a Flat Shipping cost of $55.00AU!

We make available fabrics for pre-order that are due to arrive at a later date.
These fabrics are available in our Pre-Order category.
Only pre-order fabrics are to be included on the one order, if any of our in stock fabrics are included on the same order, these will be held until the pre-order fabrics arrive and dispatched altogether.
You may pay for your pre-order items in full or pay a 20% deposit with the balance payable once the fabrics have arrived. To do this please select the Pre-Order payment option at the checkout and we will email you a PayPal invoice for the 20%.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund if you are not happy with your purchase. Purchaser must pay for return postage.
However if an item is faulty, the return postage will be refunded.
Please contact us to discuss before any items are returned.
What is your Return Policy?
Products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase if they are in the same cut and condition that they were sold. If your order has already been shipped, you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the fabric to me. Purchases of fabric made up to 24 hours prior to the start date of a promotion can have the promotion applied to that purchase price upon customer request.
All merchandise must be returned with original box and packaging.
If your merchandise was defective or otherwise failed to work as advertised, I’ll cover the expense of shipping. In most other instances, shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If your merchandise was damaged after the time of its purchase, I may not be able to accept a return, depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
